Skyy Everhart sues Jeffrey Gura for damages due to a motor vehicle collision

In the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, plaintiff Skyy Everhart has filed a lawsuit against defendant Jeffrey Gura. The case, bearing the number 24-001705-CI, was filed on April 17, 2024. The complaint alleges that Gura's negligence led to a motor vehicle collision causing significant damage and injury to Everhart.
