The Estate of Frances H. Krzesicki, represented by Michael Krzesicki, has filed a lawsuit against Senior Living I, LLC; Validus Senior Living Management Company, LLC; Kathryn M. Bland A/K/A Kathryn M. George; and Leslie Edwards in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in Pinellas County, Florida (Case Number: 24-001383-CI) on March 27, 2024. The lawsuit seeks damages exceeding $50,000 for alleged misconduct during Frances H. Krzesicki's residency at Inspired Living at Ivy Ridge, an assisted living facility owned and operated by the defendants.

Frances H. Krzesicki was admitted to Inspired Living at Ivy Ridge on April 8, 2022 and remained there until her discharge on April 24, 2023. The defendants are accused of failing to provide adequate care and management during her stay at the facility.

The plaintiff alleges that both Kathryn M. Bland and Leslie Edwards were administrators at Inspired Living at Ivy Ridge during Frances H. Krzesicki's residency and had responsibilities to ensure compliance with all federal, state, local laws and professional standards. However, it is claimed that they failed to meet these obligations.

The plaintiff is seeking judgment against the defendants for damages exceeding $50,000 as compensation for their alleged negligence and failure to provide appropriate care during Frances H. Krzesicki's residency at Inspired Living at Ivy Ridge.
