Matthew Charles Sokal has filed a lawsuit against Malique Nicholi Brown and Richardo Anthony Brown in the 15th Judicial Circuit Court for Palm Beach County, Florida. The case, identified as number 502024CA002972XXXAMB Div: AF, was filed on March 29, 2024.
The plaintiff, represented by attorney Tony Bennett of Morgan & Morgan, alleges that on July 6, 2023, defendant Malique Nicholi Brown negligently operated a motor vehicle causing a collision in which Sokal was a passenger. The suit also implicates Richardo Anthony Brown as the owner of the vehicle involved in the accident.
Sokal seeks damages exceeding $50,000 for permanent bodily injuries resulting from the accident. These include pain and suffering, disability, disfigurement, mental anguish, loss of capacity for enjoyment of life, hospitalization expenses, medical and nursing care costs, aggravation of a previous condition, loss of earnings and future earning capacity.
