Sabrina Carson has filed a lawsuit against Astro Skating Center of Palm Beach County LLC, in the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit Court of Palm Beach County, Florida. The case number is 502024CA002784XXXAMB Div: AO and was filed on March 26, 2024.
Carson alleges that she suffered injuries due to negligence by the skating center. Represented by her attorneys, she states that on August 13, 2023, she slipped and fell on a water-like substance near the ticket booth at the business located at 3100 Jog Road, Greenacres, FL. She claims that the company failed to maintain safe conditions and correct or warn about dangerous conditions that it knew or should have known existed.
The plaintiff seeks damages in excess of $50,001 exclusive of costs, interest and attorney's fees. The complaint alleges that as a direct result of the defendant's negligence, Carson suffered bodily injury leading to pain and suffering, disability, disfigurement, mental anguish among other losses.
