Kenneth Wheeler has filed a lawsuit against Jacqueline Rodriguez and State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company in the Circuit Court of the 15th Judicial Circuit, Palm Beach County, Florida. The plaintiff's lawyers from Keller, Keller, Caracuzzo, Cox & Belluccio argue that on July 17, 2022, Rodriguez negligently operated her vehicle causing it to collide with Wheeler's car. The accident allegedly resulted in permanent injuries to Wheeler and an aggravation of a pre-existing condition.
