Woodline NMI Chery sues Shane Douglas Fox for negligence resulting in damages

In the Circuit Court of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit in Palm Beach County, Florida, Woodline NMI Chery (plaintiff) has filed a lawsuit against Shane Douglas Fox (defendant). The case ID is 502024CA002905XXXAMB Div: AN and was filed on March 28, 2024. The plaintiff alleges negligence on the part of the defendant resulting in damages exceeding $50,000.

The complaint states that both parties are residents of their respective counties and over eighteen years old. The incident occurred on September 23, 2020, at approximately 7:48 p.m., at the intersection of E. Gateway Boulevard and the I-95 exit in Boynton Beach, Florida. The defendant allegedly operated his vehicle negligently while attempting to make a left turn into the plaintiff's lane of travel causing an impact with the plaintiff's vehicle.

As a result of this alleged negligence, Chery claims to have suffered injuries leading to medical expenses, lost wages, pain and suffering, mental anguish and loss of ability to enjoy life. These losses are either permanent or continuing and Chery will suffer such losses in the future.

Chery is seeking judgment against Fox for damages within the jurisdictional limits of this court along with costs of suit and any further relief deemed proper by the court. A trial by jury has also been demanded by Chery.
