The defendant allegedly operated his vehicle negligently while attempting to make a left turn into the plaintiff's lane of travel causing an impact with the plaintiff's vehicle.
As a result of this alleged negligence, Chery claims to have suffered injuries leading to medical expenses, lost wages, pain and suffering, mental anguish and loss of ability to enjoy life. These losses are either permanent or continuing and Chery will suffer such losses in the future.
Chery is seeking judgment against Fox for damages within the jurisdictional limits of this court along with costs of suit and any further relief deemed proper by the court. A trial by jury has also been demanded by Chery.
