Richard Lindner sues Brittany Condominium Association for negligence leading to personal injury

In the Circuit Court for the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit in Palm Beach County, Florida, plaintiff Richard Lindner has filed a lawsuit against Brittany Condominium Association, Inc. The case, with ID 502024CA002862XXXAMB Div: AA and filed on March 28, 2024, alleges negligence leading to personal injury.

The incident occurred on September 15, 2022 when Lindner slipped and fell on a negligently maintained exterior staircase at the defendant's premises. Represented by Porcaro Law Group, Lindner is seeking damages exceeding $50,000 excluding interest and costs.
