Brandi Iverson sues Shay Williams for a motor vehicle collision

Brandi Iverson, Tamoka Putmon, Roneisha Tarver, and Precious Vickers as the legal guardian of L.T., a minor, have filed a lawsuit against Shay Williams and Ingrid Chin in the Circuit Court of the 15th Judicial Circuit in Palm Beach County, Florida. The case number is 502024CA002817XXXAMB Div: AF and was filed on March 27, 2024. The plaintiffs are seeking damages in excess of $50,000 for an alleged motor vehicle collision.

The plaintiffs claim that on January 15, 2024, defendant Shay Williams was operating a vehicle owned by defendant Ingrid Chin when it collided with their vehicle. All parties involved were residents of Palm Beach County at the time of the incident. The accident occurred at 6748 Forest Hill Boulevard in Greenacres, Palm Beach County.

The complaint alleges that Williams negligently operated the vehicle causing it to collide with the plaintiffs' vehicle resulting in bodily injuries and/or an aggravation of pre-existing conditions. Iverson specifically claims she suffered pain and suffering, disability, disfigurement, mental anguish, loss of capacity for enjoyment of life due to Williams' negligence.

The plaintiffs are seeking judgment against defendants for damages exceeding $50,000 exclusive of interest, attorney’s fees and costs due to the accident caused by Williams' alleged negligence.
