Gesner Fable sues Jennifer Lynn Vinton for damages exceeding $50,000 due to a car accident

In the Circuit Court of the 15th Judicial Circuit, Palm Beach County, Florida, plaintiff Gesner Fable has filed a lawsuit against defendant Jennifer Lynn Vinton. The case, bearing the ID 502024CA002988XXXAMB Div: AK and filed on March 29, 2024, is an action for damages exceeding $50,000.

The incident leading to this lawsuit occurred on June 29, 2023. Gesner Fable was driving northbound on Interstate 95 near State Road 806 in Palm Beach County when he was struck by a vehicle operated by Jennifer Lynn Vinton. The force of the impact caused Fable's vehicle to collide with another car.

Fable alleges that Vinton negligently failed to observe her surroundings and yield to his right of way.
