Joseph Naccarato sues Alexander David Fahey for automobile collision

In the Circuit Court of the 15th Judicial Circuit in Palm Beach County, Florida, plaintiff Joseph Naccarato has filed a lawsuit against defendants Alexander David Fahey, Terri Fahey Arnold, and DoorDash Inc. The case (ID: 502024CA003355XXXAMB Div: AH) was filed on April 10, 2024.

The lawsuit stems from an automobile collision that occurred on April 7, 2023. Naccarato alleges that Fahey backed out of a driveway without yielding the right of way and struck his vehicle. Fahey then reportedly fled the scene. The vehicle driven by Fahey was owned by Arnold and was being used for a delivery on behalf of DoorDash at the time of the accident.

Naccarato is seeking damages in excess of $50,000 for personal injuries sustained in the accident. These include bodily injury, pain and suffering, disability, disfigurement, mental anguish, loss of capacity for enjoyment of life, medical expenses, loss of income and earning capacity.
