Sialyne Barthelemy, both individually and as the legal guardian of minor Jayden Jacques, has filed a lawsuit against Silverio Misael Momotic and Momotic Lawn Maintenance LLC in the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit Court of Florida, Palm Beach County. The lawsuit alleges that on January 24, 2022, defendant Silverio Misael Momotic negligently operated a 2006 Ford F150 Pick-up Truck causing it to collide with a 2007 Honda CRV driven by plaintiff Sialyne Barthelemy. The incident resulted in permanent injuries to Barthelemy and her son Jayden Jacques who was also in the vehicle at the time of the accident.
Barthelemy is seeking damages in excess of $30,000 for both physical and mental pain and suffering, loss of earning capacity, and medical expenses incurred due to the accident. She also demands a trial by jury.
