Christopher Cokkinias sues Brian M. Piech for damages resulting from a car accident

In the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in Pinellas County, Florida, plaintiff Christopher Cokkinias has filed a lawsuit against defendant Brian M. Piech. The case, with the ID 24-001589-CI, was filed on April 9, 2024.

Represented by attorneys Nicholas A. Brady and Steve Rawls from The Florida Law Group, Cokkinias alleges that Piech caused an accident on March 26, 2023. The incident occurred when Piech allegedly drove at excessive speed through an intersection in Pinellas County, causing a collision and subsequently crashing into Cokkinias' parked vehicle in a Walgreen’s parking lot.

The lawsuit seeks damages in excess of $50,000 for various injuries sustained by Cokkinias due to the alleged negligence of Piech. These include permanent personal injuries, pain and suffering both past and future, mental anguish, physical limitations and impairments, decreased capacity for enjoyment of life and decrease of life choices, loss of earnings both past and future as well as medical expenses for past and future care.
