Thomas Gerlach sues Renate Hayes for a motor vehicle collision

In the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in Pinellas County, Florida, plaintiff Thomas Gerlach has filed a lawsuit against defendant Renate Hayes. The case (Case Number: 24-001596-CI) was filed on April 10, 2024, and pertains to a motor vehicle collision that occurred in Unincorporated, Pinellas County, Florida.

Represented by attorney Jeremy Clark of Clark Hartpence Law, Gerlach alleges that he was involved and injured in a motor vehicle collision with a vehicle operated by Hayes on February 22, 2023.
