Carolyn Hope sues Tao Dinh Cao for automobile negligence

In the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, Pinellas County, Florida, plaintiff Carolyn Hope has filed a lawsuit against defendants Tao Dinh Cao and Thuy Cao Le.
