Aracelly Alvarez Pareja sues Jamie Lynn Campbell for negligence resulting in a traffic accident

Aracelly Alvarez Pareja has filed a lawsuit against Jamie Lynn Campbell and Sholondo Kanili Campbell in the Circuit Court of the 15th Judicial Circuit in Palm Beach County, Florida. The case, numbered 502024CA003309XXXAMB Div: AJ, was filed on April 10, 2024. The plaintiff alleges that the defendants' negligence resulted in an accident causing her significant damages.

The plaintiff, represented by her legal counsel, asserts that she was operating a scooter when the accident occurred on October 20, 2023. She claims that Sholondo Kanili Campbell negligently operated a 2015 Mazda vehicle owned by Jamie Lynn Campbell, resulting in a collision with her and her scooter.

The incident took place near the intersection of Jog Road and Potomac Road in Boca Raton, Palm Beach County, Florida. The plaintiff alleges that as a result of the accident she suffered bodily injury leading to pain and suffering, disability, disfigurement, mental anguish, significant and permanent scarring.

Pareja is seeking judgment for damages exceeding $50,000 from Sholondo Kanili Campbell for his alleged negligence. She also demands judgment against Jamie Lynn Campbell who owned the vehicle involved in the crash. The plaintiff insists these costs exclude interest, attorneys' fees and other related expenses. She further demands trial by jury.
