Felicia Fullwood sues Carol Nadel for motor vehicle collision damages

In the 15th Judicial Circuit Court of Palm Beach County, Florida, plaintiffs Felicia Fullwood and Yolanda Jackson have filed a lawsuit against defendants Carol Nadel and Howard Bryant Nadel. The case, with ID 502024CA003342XXXAMB Div: AG, was filed on April 10, 2024, and concerns an action for damages in excess of $50,000.

The plaintiffs, represented by their counsel, allege that the defendants were involved in a motor vehicle collision in Boca Raton, Palm Beach County. The incident occurred on March 14, 2023 when defendant Carol Nadel was driving a 2017 Hyundai owned by Howard Bryant Nadel. This collision resulted in serious personal injuries to both plaintiffs.

As a result of the accident, Fullwood and Jackson suffered bodily injuries and/or an aggravation of pre-existing conditions which led to pain and suffering, disability, disfigurement, mental anguish and loss of capacity for enjoyment of life. The costs incurred include medical care and treatment expenses.

The plaintiffs are seeking judgment against both defendants individually for amounts exceeding $50,000 each plus taxable costs and any other relief deemed just by the court.
