Daniel Prieto has filed a lawsuit against Valley Forge Insurance Company in the Circuit Court of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit, Palm Beach County, Florida. The case ID is 502024CA003341 XXXAMB Div: AK and it was filed on April 10, 2024.
The plaintiff, Daniel Prieto, represented by Zeb Goldstein from Morgan & Morgan P.A., alleges that he suffered damages exceeding $50,000 due to an accident that occurred on December 15, 2023. The accident involved an unknown driver who collided with Prieto's vehicle on I-95 south of Hypoluxo Road in Palm Beach County.
As a result of the collision, Prieto claims to have suffered bodily injury including permanent injury, pain and suffering of both physical and mental nature, disability, physical impairment, disfigurement among other losses. Additionally, his motor vehicle was also damaged.
Prieto is seeking judgment for damages against Valley Forge Insurance Company for refusing to pay him for the full value of his claim under the uninsured/underinsured portion of his insurance policy numbered BUA 7039522133 which was in effect at the time of the accident. He also demands a jury trial on all issues so triable herein.
