Amanda Michelle Kukral has filed a lawsuit against Aria LLC and Evernia Station Limited Partnership in the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit Court, Palm Beach County, Florida. The case, identified as 502024CA003275XXXAMB Div: AO, was filed on April 9, 2024.
Represented by attorney Jonathan Rotstein, Kukral alleges that she suffered serious and permanent physical injury following an altercation with an employee of Aria LLC at their premises on April 16, 2023.
