Michael Gnesin sues Jillian Kenney for car crash damages

In the Circuit Court of the 15th Judicial Circuit in Palm Beach County, Florida, a lawsuit has been filed by Michael Gnesin against Jillian Kenney. The case, identified as number 502024CA003291 XXXAMB Div: AN, was filed on April 9, 2024. The plaintiff is seeking damages exceeding $50,000 for an incident involving a car crash that occurred on January 6, 2023.

Michael Gnesin alleges that he was a passenger in a vehicle when Jillian Kenney negligently operated her vehicle and caused it to crash into his. The defendant was driving a 2019 Toyota Rav 4 at the time of the accident which took place near NW 2nd Avenue and NW 4th Street in Palm Beach County, Florida. As a result of this incident, Gnesin claims to have suffered serious injuries including damage to his head, neck, back, body and limbs.

The plaintiff asserts that Kenney's negligence resulted in him being rendered sick, sore and disabled. He further states that he has suffered and will continue to suffer pain and anguish due to these injuries which are permanent or continuing in nature.

Gnesin is seeking compensation for his injuries and loss of capacity for enjoyment of life as a result of Kenney's alleged negligence. He is demanding a jury trial for this case.
