In the Circuit Court of the 15th Judicial Circuit in Palm Beach County, Florida, plaintiffs Ciano Saint-Vil and Vanessa Louigene have filed a lawsuit against defendants Francky Leneus and EAN Holdings, LLC. The case (Case No: 502024CA003213XXXAMB Div: Al) was filed on April 5, 2024, alleging negligence leading to a motor vehicle crash.

The plaintiffs, represented by an undisclosed counsel, allege that on October 20, 2022, Saint-Vil was operating a 2013 Nissan motor vehicle when it was struck by a 2020 International Truck operated by defendant Leneus. The accident occurred on Interstate 95 near its intersection with Gateway Boulevard in Boynton Beach, Palm Beach County.

The complaint states that as a direct result of Leneus's negligence, Saint-Vil suffered bodily injury resulting in pain and suffering, disability, disfigurement, mental anguish, loss of capacity for enjoyment of life and incurred property damage losses among other damages. The total damages sought exceed $50,001 exclusive of interest costs and attorney's fees.

The plaintiffs are seeking judgment for damages plus costs and interest against the defendants. They also demand trial by jury on all issues triable as a matter of right. They hold EAN Holdings vicariously liable for Leneus's actions due to their ownership of the truck involved in the crash.
