Daniel Nunez sues Vaughn Fober for negligence and vicarious liability

Daniel Nunez has filed a lawsuit against Vaughn Fober and Tiffany Gilbert in the Circuit Court of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit, Palm Beach County, Florida. The case ID is 502024CA003188XXXAMB Div: AD and was filed on April 5, 2024. The suit alleges negligence and vicarious liability resulting in damages exceeding $50,000.

The plaintiff's counsel, Michael D. Dickenson from Schuler, Halvorson, Weisser, Zoeller & Overbeck, P.A., asserts that on April 18, 2023, Fober negligently collided with Nunez's vehicle while driving a car owned by Gilbert. The incident occurred at or near 359 West Indiantown Road, Jupiter Palm Beach County, Florida.

Nunez alleges that as a direct result of Fober's negligence he suffered bodily injury and resulting pain and suffering, disability, physical impairment, scarring and disfigurement among other damages. He also claims loss of earnings and/or loss of the ability to earn money.

Nunez is seeking judgment against both defendants along with costs and demands trial by jury. He asserts that his losses are either permanent or continuing in nature and will continue to suffer losses in the future.
