Jeanne Kenol sues Christopher McMann for negligent operation of a motor vehicle resulting in personal injury

In the Circuit Court of the 15th Judicial Circuit, Palm Beach County, Florida, Jeanne Kenol has filed a lawsuit against Christopher McMann and Cemex, Inc. The case, with ID 502024CA003204XXXAMB Div: AE, was filed on April 5th, 2024. The plaintiff is seeking damages in excess of $50,000.

The plaintiff's lawyer from Miller Law Group alleges that on June 14th, 2023, defendant McMann negligently operated a motor vehicle owned by Cemex, Inc., resulting in an accident. The incident occurred on West Atlantic Avenue near the intersection with South Congress Avenue in Delray Beach.

As a result of this accident, Kenol claims to have suffered bodily injury and other losses including pain and suffering, disability, disfigurement, mental anguish and loss of earnings among others. She also alleges that her previously existing condition was aggravated due to the accident.

Kenol is seeking judgment against McMann for compensatory damages exceeding $50,000 in addition to taxable costs. She also demands trial by jury on all issues so triable as of right by jury.
