Claudia Boman Vining sues Jeffrey Alan Balkan for car accident damages

In the Circuit Court of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit in Palm Beach County, Florida, Claudia Boman Vining has filed a lawsuit against Jeffrey Alan Balkan and State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company.
