Ginger Ormond sues 3825 Countryside Boulevard Operations LLC for nursing home negligence

In the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in Pinellas County, Florida, Ginger Ormond, as personal representative of the estate of Susan James, has filed a lawsuit against 3825 Countryside Boulevard Operations LLC, also known as Countryside Rehab and Healthcare Center. The case number is 24-001472-CI and was filed on April 2, 2024.

The lawsuit alleges nursing home negligence and violations of nursing home residential rights by Countryside Rehab and Healthcare Center leading to the wrongful death of Susan James. The plaintiff claims that Susan James was a resident at the defendant's facility where she received care and treatment. It is alleged that the negligence in her care directly caused her death.
