Ali Razavi has filed a lawsuit against Douglas Bentley and Geico General Insurance Company in the Circuit Court for the Sixth Judicial Circuit in Pinellas County, Florida. The case, identified as number 24-001255-CI, was filed on March 19, 2024.
The plaintiff, Ali Razavi, represented by an unnamed counsel, alleges that defendant Douglas Bentley negligently operated a 2017 Nissan Rogue resulting in a collision with Razavi's vehicle on August 6, 2022. The accident occurred in Largo, Pinellas County, Florida. As a result of the accident, Razavi claims to have suffered bodily injury leading to past and future medical expenses and other damages exceeding $50,000.
Razavi is also suing Geico General Insurance Company for an uninsured/underinsured motorist claim. He alleges that he had an active policy with Geico at the time of the accident which should cover his damages.
