Pamela Baker sues Driggers Engineering Services and Scott Douglas Farthing for automobile accident negligence

In the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in Pinellas County, Florida, Pamela Baker has filed a lawsuit against Driggers Engineering Services, Inc. and Scott Douglas Farthing. The case, bearing the number 24-001335-CI, was filed on March 22, 2024. The plaintiff is seeking damages exceeding $50,000 for an automobile accident that occurred on November 21, 2023.

Baker alleges that Farthing negligently operated a vehicle owned by Driggers Engineering Services, resulting in a collision with her car.
