In the 15th Judicial Circuit Court in Palm Beach County, Florida, plaintiffs Wesley Bradford and Christelle Deller have filed a lawsuit against Delray Medical Center, Inc., Kyle Gormezano, MD, Envision Physician Services, LLC, Sheridan Radiology Services of South Florida, Inc., Peter Kaplan, MD, Natalie Brady, ARNP, and Inphynet Contracting Services, LLC. The case (ID: 502024CA002403XXXAMB Div: AD) was filed on March 14th, 2024 and alleges medical negligence resulting in damages exceeding $50,000.

The plaintiffs are represented by an unnamed counsel. The complaint states that on September 10th, 2021, Mr. Bradford suffered a fall in his shower and injured his right knee. He went to Delray Medical Center's emergency room where he underwent an x-ray which showed foreign bodies within his knee. However, Dr. Gormezano who interpreted the x-rays failed to diagnose this condition.

Later that day Mr. Bradford developed a severe infection and necrotizing tissue in his right knee which required another visit to the hospital and a four-day stay for treatment. The plaintiffs allege that the defendants' negligence caused these complications and they are seeking compensation for their damages.
