Joseph Kadien and Madison Sagraves sue Deborah Walden for negligent operation of a motor vehicle resulting in an accident

In the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, Pinellas County, Florida, plaintiffs Joseph Kadien and Madison Sagraves have filed a lawsuit against defendant Deborah Walden. The case, identified as 24-000937-Cl, was filed on February 27, 2024.

The plaintiffs are represented by Christopher D. Cloud and Mia Mancinelli Cloud from the Cloud Law Firm, P.A. The lawsuit alleges that on August 29, 2023, Walden negligently operated her motor vehicle causing an accident with the plaintiffs' vehicle.

As a result of this accident, Kadien and Sagraves claim to have suffered bodily injury, pain and suffering, disability, disfigurement among other damages. They allege these losses to be either permanent or continuing.

The plaintiffs are seeking judgment for damages in excess of $50,000 along with costs of suit and prejudgment interest as allowed by law. They also demand a trial by jury on all issues so triable as a matter of right.
