In the Circuit Court of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit, Palm Beach County, Florida, Jared Fox, individually and as a personal representative of the estate of Jeffrey Harold Fox (Case No. 502024CA002111XXXAMB), filed a lawsuit against Boca Woods Property Owners’ Association Inc., Boca Woods Country Club Association Inc., Boca Woods Holdings LLC, Boca Woods Partners LLC, Boca Woods Property Investments LLC, Florida Power & Light Company, Asplundh Tree Expert LLC, and three unknown parties on March 6th, 2024. The plaintiff alleges that these defendants are responsible for damages exceeding $50,000 within the jurisdiction of this court.
The plaintiff is represented by his counsel who alleges that all defendants were authorized and conducting business in Florida at all times pertinent to this case. The plaintiff also claims that the defendants owned, operated, possessed, maintained and controlled premises located at 21698-2143 Green Hill Lane and 10471 Boca Woods Lane in Boca Raton.
Additionally, it is alleged that both Boca Woods Property Owners’ Association Inc. and Boca Woods Country Club Association Inc. owned and operated restaurants and bars holding beer, wine and liquor licenses at these premises. The plaintiff seeks judgement for damages caused by these entities.
