Aurora Teixeira sues Masiek Seng and State Farm for negligence causing severe injuries

In the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, Pinellas County, Florida, a lawsuit was filed by Aurora Teixeira against Masiek Seng and State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company. The case number is 24-000957-CI and it was e-filed on February 28, 2024. The complaint alleges negligence and demands a jury trial.

Teixeira, represented by her counsel, claims that she suffered severe and permanent injuries due to a car accident caused by Seng's negligence on April 7, 2023. She was driving her 2012 Acura MDX in Clearwater, Pinellas County when Seng, driving his 2011 Ford Transit, failed to observe traffic and crashed into her vehicle from behind.

The plaintiff seeks damages in excess of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000), exclusive of interest and costs. The damages include serious bodily injury, pain and suffering, disability, loss of capacity for enjoyment of life, hospitalization expenses, medical care costs, mental anguish as well as loss of earnings and ability to earn money.
