In the Circuit Court, Sixth Judicial Circuit, Pinellas County, Florida, Ashley Sims has filed a lawsuit against Miguel Angel Morales and GenerX Generators LLC (Case No. 24-001119-ClI) on March 8, 2024. Ashley Sims, represented by her attorney, claims that Morales was driving a vehicle owned by GenerX Generators LLC negligently which led to a collision with her car on June 25, 2023. The accident occurred at or near the intersection of N Desoto Ave. and W. Hickory Street in Arcadia, De Soto, Florida.
The plaintiff is seeking damages in excess of $50,000 for her injuries which include physical handicap, significant scarring and disfigurement, psychological and emotional injuries, loss of wages and impairment of working ability among others. She also alleges that she will continue to suffer from these injuries in the future.
