These include physical contact intended to silence him during meetings, jokes about his walk resembling a runway strut, Mexican jokes made by Donley who claimed immunity due to her upbringing around Mexicans, and being told not to "be a queen" but a leader.
The plaintiff is seeking judgment against Envision Credit Union for gender discrimination under Chapter 760 of the Florida Statutes.
