Laurent Dareau has filed a lawsuit against Crema LG1, LLC and Guillaume DeChalambert in the Circuit Court of the 15th Judicial Circuit in Palm Beach County, Florida. The case number is 502024CA002215XXXAMB Div: AA, and it was filed on March 8, 2024.

The lawsuit alleges that Dareau entered into a Transfer of Shares and Loan Agreement with Crema on January 26, 2020. According to the agreement, Crema was to purchase Dareau's interest in the company for $110,000 - $50,000 paid upon execution and the balance of $60,000 in monthly payments until June 2022. However, Crema failed to make any of these monthly payments.

On February 11, 2022, Dareau loaned Crema an additional $57,000 as evidenced by a note attached to the complaint. Again, Crema failed to make any of the monthly payments due under this note.

Dareau is seeking judgment for his damages which include costs, interest and attorney's fees. He is represented by Gary J. Nagle from the Law Office of Gary J. Nagle.
