The complaint details that on August 19, 2023, Molly Ramlal was a passenger in a vehicle involved in an accident with a car operated by Melissa Prieto and owned by Carlos Prieto. The incident occurred at the intersection of Winchester Park Boulevard and Old Boynton Road in Boynton Beach.
Ramlal claims that Melissa Prieto negligently operated her vehicle causing a collision which resulted in significant injuries to the plaintiff. These injuries include pain and suffering, disability disfigurement, mental anguish, loss of capacity for enjoyment of life among others.
The plaintiff is seeking judgment for damages against both defendants individually amounting to over $50,000 each. She also demands costs, interests, attorney’s fees if allowable by law and other relief deemed just by the court.
