Stephanie Brown sues Fresh For Less #1 for negligence leading to personal injury

In the Circuit Court of the Second Judicial Circuit in Leon County, Florida, plaintiff Stephanie Brown has filed a lawsuit against Fresh For Less #1, Inc., also known as Fresh 4 Less. The case, with ID 2024 CA 000424, was filed on March 13, 2024. The lawsuit is an action for damages exceeding $50,000 due to an incident that occurred at the defendant's business premises.
