Rodriguez alleges that Gaton, an employee of Bowlero Jupiter Lanes, falsely accused him of stealing a fan from another bowling league member. This accusation was reportedly made to various other members of the bowling league and included claims that there was CCTV footage proving Rodriguez's guilt.
However, Rodriguez asserts that he did not steal the fan and that no such CCTV footage exists. He contends that these false statements have resulted in damage to his reputation.
