Kadmiel Etienne sues Walmart Stores for negligence causing severe and permanent injuries

Kadmiel Etienne has filed a lawsuit against Walmart Stores, Inc. in the Circuit Court of the 17th Judicial Circuit in Broward County, Florida. The case, numbered CACE-23-018347 and filed on September 13, 2023, alleges negligence on part of Walmart resulting in severe and permanent injuries to the plaintiff.

Represented by her legal counsel, Etienne claims that she was injured in an automobile accident caused by a Walmart employee's negligence. The incident occurred on January 11, 2023, at a Walmart parking lot located at 441 W. Palmetto Park Road, Boca Raton, FL 33432. The defendant's employee allegedly failed to operate an electric cart safely and collided with Etienne's vehicle.

The complaint seeks damages exceeding $30,000 for the plaintiff's severe and permanent injuries resulting from the accident. These injuries have caused Etienne physical handicap, disability, disfigurement, mental anguish and loss of capacity for enjoyment of life.
