Mark Schwartz sues Wal-Mart Stores East for negligence leading to personal injury

In the Circuit Court of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit, Palm Beach County, Florida, a lawsuit has been filed by Mark Schwartz against Wal-Mart Stores East, LP.
