Natalie Kleytman and Alexander Kleytman have filed a lawsuit against Dr. Drew E. Schnitt and Inspire Cosmetic Surgery Delray Beach, LLC (d/b/a Inspire Aesthetics) in the Circuit Court of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit, Palm Beach County, Florida. The case number is 502024CA002344XXXAMB Div: AO, and it was filed on March 13, 2024. The suit seeks damages in excess of $50,000 for alleged medical malpractice.

The complaint alleges that Natalie Kleytman underwent various cosmetic procedures performed by Dr. Schnitt at Inspire Aesthetics on February 8, 2022. These procedures included Renuvion face and neck lift, suture lift, buccal fat pad reduction, and CO2 laser skin resurfacing for her full face and neck.

It is claimed that Dr. Schnitt used excessive laser energy during the CO2 laser procedure which resulted in severe hypopigmentation to Ms. Kleytman's skin. Despite expressing concerns about her skin color during postoperative appointments, she was informed that recovery could take up to a year.

The plaintiffs are seeking judgment against the defendants for damages exceeding $50,000 due to the alleged negligence in performing the cosmetic procedures which they claim led to permanent scarring and hypopigmentation.
