Represented by attorneys from Keller, Keller, Caracuzzo, Cox & Belluccio law firm, Tavia Heath is seeking damages in excess of $50,000 for medical expenses incurred due to her son's injuries.

In addition to the damages sought for her son's injuries, Heath individually demands judgment against Fishman for loss of her son’s service and future medical expenses related to her son's injuries. She also requests a trial by jury on all triable issues.
