The Tenth Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission will meet on Mon., Mar. 4, 2024, at 8 a.m. for an in-person meeting at the Southern Atlantic Law Group, 290 1st Street S Winter Haven, Florida 33880. The purpose of this meeting will be to interview applicants for the vacant Polk County Court seat created by the resignation of Judge Robert Fegers, and to deliberate. Applicants will be notified by the close of business on Mon., Feb. 26, 2024, as to the time of their interview which will be conducted in person.
Commission Members are: Nicholas T. Zbrzeznj (Chair), Julie Landrigan Ball (Vice-Chair), Walter E. Engle, III, Benjamin W. Hardin, Jr., Krista Mahalak, Robert S. Swaine, Frederick J. Murphy, Jr., and Lydia S. Zbrzeznj.
