Fox Rothschild is pleased to welcome John M. Catalano to our Miami office as partner in the Real Estate Department.

A seasoned negotiator with a record of closing major real estate and business deals for institutional clients and sophisticated investors, Catalano has overseen more than $1 billion in annual commercial real estate acquisitions and financing transactions as lead counsel.
His matters involve office buildings, multifamily properties, luxury residential real estate, restaurant chains and retail spaces, renewable energy facilities marinas and telecom facilities across the United States.
Catalano earned his J.D.,cum laude, from Tulane University Law School and his B.A., cum laude, from Loyola Marymount University.
Prior to joining Fox, Catalano was a shareholder at Siegfried Rivera.
