Nelson Mullins partner Nina Welch has been selected as an On the Rise honoree for the Daily Business Review’s annual Florida Legal Awards.
Selected by The Daily Business Review’s editorial staff and distinguished members of the Florida legal community, the On the Rise winners exemplify the state’s top lawyers aged 40 and under.
All recipients will be recognized at an awards ceremony on April 4 in Miami, Florida.
Welch represents clients in complex litigation matters in state and federal courts. She has experience handling a variety of business disputes and health care related disputes, including breach of contract, enforcement of restrictive covenants, class actions, claims of fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, shareholder disputes, professional malpractice, consumer claims, and managed care and payor-provider disputes.
