Greenberg Traurig, P.A. Shareholder Alexandra Bach Lagos will speak Jan. 25 at the 8th annual Miami Law Class Action & Complex Litigation Forum at the University of Miami School of Law.
Bach Lagos will participate on a panel titled “Pathways to Becoming a Class Action Practitioner.” Panel speakers will discuss their education and work experiences and how they developed a deep knowledge of class action law.
The Miami Law Class Action & Complex Litigation Forum is an annual event that brings together leading judges, practitioners, and scholars from around the country to discuss cutting-edge topics on class actions, multidistrict cases, mass tort litigation, and more.
Bach Lagos, a member of Greenberg Traurig’s nationally recognized Products Liability & Mass Torts Practice, is a litigator with experience representing many of the world’s leading consumer product manufacturers. She has litigated hundreds of complex products liability cases from inception through trials and appeals. Her clients include leading pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers, as well as food, beverage, cosmetic, and personal care companies.
Located in the firm’s Miami office, Bach Lagos often presents to other attorneys on topics relating to litigation and trial practice and serves as a faculty member for several recurring trial skills programs. She also is an adjunct professor at the University of Miami School of Law, where she teaches a class on toxic torts.
