Man sues Tampa Sports Authority for injury while on premises

TAMPA - A man is suing for alleged injury caused by falling in an unmarked hole.

Osvaldo Diaz Enrique filed a lawsuit on Jan. 20 in the Hillsborough County Circuit Court against Tampa Sports Authority for negligence.

According to the lawsuit, on Feb. 15, 2020, Enrique was on the Defendant's Raymond James Stadium walking through the parking lot that was being used as part of the Monster Energy Supercross event when he was injured due to an unmarked hole. 

Enrique was caused to suffer personal injury, pain and suffering, loss of capacity to lead and enjoy a normal life, inconvenience, physical impairment, disfigurement and scarring, mental anguish, loss of diminution of earnings and earning capacity, aggravation of an existing condition and medical-related expenses. 

Enrique is represented by Michael L. Walker.
