ORLANDO -- A man is suing a nightclub, claiming it is responsible for his car accident.
Tramyian Doston filed a complaint on July 5 in Orange County Circuit Court against Obelisk, LTD and Cleo's Gentlemen's Club for negligence.
According to the complaint, Doston was a customer at Cleo's Gentlemen's Club on Dec. 12, 2020, and upon trying to leave the establishment, he was involved in a car accident by reason of the negligence of the defendant. Doston alleges Cleo's shouldn't have let a store sign to effect the ability to enter the road in a safe manner.
