ORLANDO -- A man is suing after allegedly getting his foot ran over.
Joshua Ringer filed a complaint on July 2 in Orange County Circuit Court against Lil 500 Go-Karts for personal injury.
According to the complaint, on Nov. 21, 2018, Ringer had finished the last lap of a go-kart race and had steered the go-kart into a staging area where drivers disembark. Ringer had lifted his left leg out of the vehicle and placed it on the ground. Seconds later another driver entered the staging area and ran over Ringer's foot, causing serious injury.
