TALLAHASSEE -- A man is suing for suffering personal injury after being shot inside of Potbelly's.
Andrew Jackson Plummer filed a complaint on July 22 in Leon County Circuit Court against Main Street Entertainment, Inc. d/b/a Potbelly's for personal injury as the result of negligence.
According to the complaint, Plummer was inside of Potbelly's on June 27, 2021, when he was shot. Plummer alleges it is the fault of Main Street Entertainment for not keeping the premises and business free of unreasonably dangerous conditions for patrons.
Plummer alleges to have suffered permanent physical injuries, mental anguish, pain and suffering in addition to past and future medical expenses.
