TALLAHASSEE - A man is suing after allegedly being injured from exploding pop bottles.

According to the complaint, on Feb. 29, 2020, Pitts was in a Walmart and reached to grab a Dr. Pepper from the shelf. It is at that time Pitts alleges that the shelf fell down and pop bottles crashed down onto the floor. The bottles then exploded, some hitting Pitts in the leg, causing him personal injury, the suit says.
