TAMPA -- A man claims to have been injured while riding his bicycle and getting hit by a car.

Jackson Parsons filed a complaint on June 12 in Hillsborough County Circuit Court against the World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc. for negligence.

According to the complaint, Parsons was riding his bike when he was struck by a vehicle on July 22, 2019. The car, at the time of the incident, was rented and operated by an employee or agent of World Wrestling Entertainment, the lawsuit says.

Parsons alleges that he suffered physical injuries, liability, scarring and mental anguish. Parson also claims to have lost earnings and earning capacity.

Parsons is represented by Kenneth W. Mastrilli of The Pawlowski/Mastrilli Law Group.
